Covid-19 trading update. 25th June 2020

Given the current situation with the covid-19 outbreak, we have had to change the way our businesses operate.

Bromley (Mon-Fri)

At our Bromley branch we are currently offering 3 options

Online ordering – Orders can be placed online for delivery by courier, collections must be arranged by phone.

Telephone orders (Delivered) – Orders can be placed over the phone for delivery by courier

Telephone orders for collection – Orders for collection can be pre-ordered in advance and paid for over the phone, then collected on one of our AM (9.00am to 10:00am)or PM (3:00pm to 4:00pm) collection slots. Please do not turn up without having placed your order, as our trade counter is currently closed and we can only take payments over the phone. Please note that browsing and additions at the collection point are not possible at this time.

Collection – Orders for collection can be pre-ordered by phone or email and paid for on collection. Adhock collections are available from the counter; but please note that these will take longer than usual due to current working practices. Unfortunately browsing in the shop is currently not possible.

To reduce the amount of staff interaction and maintain safe distancing our warehouse staff are working alone on individual tasks. We will attempt to achieve your requested delivery schedule; but with the current pressures on ourselves and our couriers we cannot guarantee that there will not be delays. We may also struggle to answer the phone and answer emails promptly.
