Leaky Pipe And Soaker Hose

Leaky Pipe is a porous garden hose which weeps water along its length. It will irrigate in up to 50m lengths, although several lengths can be watered at once. A household tap with standard pressure can feed up to 300m of Leaky Pipe at once. It will not perish or be affected by frost. It is flexible so you can snake it back and forth to water your borders, beds and shrubs. Arrange as rings or spiral around newly planted trees to aid their establishment. It works most efficiently when covered by a mulch or soil as evaporation is reduced. Overall you use less water with Leaky Pipe than watering by hand and it will work out-of-sight whilst you enjoy your garden.

Leaky pipe uses 10mm fittings.

Soaker hose is a larger diameter version of Leaky Pipe. It uses 14mm fittings along with CT18 ratchet clips.
