Battery Tap Timers

Our battery tap timers – many with bluetooth or wi-fi capabilities – are manufactured by Orbit, Irritrol and Galcon and include single, double and 4-way outlets.

Tap timers (either bluetooth or not) are made to be connected to garden taps and are typically AA battery powered. They are suitable for small to medium gardens.

Bluetooth tap timers can be programmed with a smartphone. Models that have optional wi-fi capabilities are able to receive weather data from the internet and adjust watering accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Tap timers will be ruined if they freeze. Therefore these need to be disconnected around mid October each year and reconnected in mid April or so. During the winter, they should be stored in a house, not in a garage or shed that may be prone to freezing temperatures.
